We've sold more multi-wide homes than any other dealer in the state of Washington for 27 years.
Come take a visit and compare The Valley Difference for yourself. You too will see it is clear why we are the longest established dealer in Central Washington. Our promise to you sets us apart from the rest.
We want our homes built better so we build them ourselves in our own factory.
Everything we do at Valley Quality Homes is done to ASSURE your total satisfaction and comfort in your new Valley Home. We are TOTALLY responsible for all aspects of the home you purchase because we do it ALL...
We build, market, transport, setup and service all homes with our own staff of long-time employees. This allows us to offer you superior quality homes and service at the most competitive prices. It is this type of commitment that we make to you that has given us national recognition in the housing industry.
All manufacturers use staples and glue to join the floor decking and joists. Valley also uses screws to pull the materials tightly together... a much better bonding of the glue. This, combined with the extra floor joists, creates a very solid floor surface!
Our Award Winning Homes have been acclaimed both in State and National levels.
We were awarded 1998 Energy Efficient Builder of the Year and in 2000, Valley Manufactured Housing followed up with a Gold Medal in the National Association of Home Builders EnergyValue Housing Award. We were the first-ever manufactured home builder to receive this honor.
We have received another Gold Medal in the National Association of Home Builders 2001 EnergyValue Housing Award.
We received a Silver Medal in the National Association of Home Builders 2002 Energy Value Housing Award.
In 2001, ten Gold Medal Winners were awarded. These winning builders represent the future of the home building industry.
Moderate Climate Factory Built Home
Valley Manufactured Housing, Inc., has been fabricating factory-built homes for the past 11 years and currently builds about 400 units annually. This 1,902-square-foot HUD-code house was built near Yakima, Washington, for $35 per square foot.
The exterior insulation and air sealing package creates an energy-efficient building shell that includes R-33 floors, R-21 walls, R-49 flat ceilings, and R-38 cathedral ceilings. A whole-house exhaust fan is coupled with window air intake vents to ensure indoor air quality. Factory assembly reduces waste and permits in-house and third-party quality inspections. All Valley Manufactured Housing construction meets or exceeds the Super Good Cents Energy standards.
Valley Manufactured Housing would like to thank Mike Lubliner, WSU Energy Program, Super Good Cents/Natural Choice staff; Summit Windows; State Industries, hot water heaters; American Standard, faucets; Johns Manville, insulation; G.E., appliances; and Panasonic, whole-house ventilation fan. The company extends its greatest appreciation to its staff, which conscientiously builds superior quality, energy-efficient homes.
Dear Mr. Berger
In recognition of your commitment to the construction of energy-efficient housing., Washington State University Cooperative Extension Energy Program awards Valley Quality Homes with the title, "1998 Energy Efficient Builder of the Year.
In 1998, every manufactured home Valley produced exceeded the energy efficiency standards of the Super Good Cents/ Natural Choice program. Valley's quality control is consistent and uncompromising. Valley passes every Super Good Cents/Natural Choice in-plant inspection without a hitch and follows up with good customer service. In 1998 our office did not receive a single complaint regarding Valley homes.
The Goal of the Super Good Cents/Natural Choice program is to build homes that are more comfortable and cost less to live in. All Valley homes meet this goal. Super Good Cents and Natural Choice homes use 30% less heating energy than manufactured homes built to meet the national standard. High levels of insulation, air sealing, and high quality windows make every square foot of the home comfortable. Valley's commitment to building these high quality homes has made it a standard bearer for energy efficiency in the manufactured housing industry.
Congratulations,
WSU Energy Program, Super Good Cents/Natural Choice Staff
